Continued constant growth and success is how the beer pours at Trinity. After posting 50.5% growth in 2012, we’re posting another 30%+ compounded growth in the first quarter of 2013! We’ve been feeling the love soOOoo much that distribution of our beers has now taken on a larger role outside of Colorado Springs. Last month we sent our first shipment of 750ml bottles to Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins. Look for Le Capitaine, Little Death Ride, Pappy Legba, Slap Yer Mammy, and Red Swingline at the best bottles shops.
First Saturday firkin is April 5th when we will tap a specially prepared horizontal and gravity drawn cask of our Flo IPA aged on bourbon soaked oak …. glasses are only $3. April 19th is a special day, as it marks the return of our medal winning Bretta beer, TPS Report Vintage 2013. If we can get our labels printed soon enough, all you lucky folks may see our collaboration Berliner Weisse with Peter Bouckaert of New Belgium.

Friday, April 5th 3 Flowers Saison Release at 5pm!
Three Flower Saison. Again going back to the earth with this version of our seasonal Belgian, we age this orange hued ale on the tops of three varieties of flowers. We promised not to give up our secret on this beer, because it’s just too good of a secret! Authentically Belgian and only available as the weather warms and flowers begin to appear. As we welcome warmer weather with this beer, it’s a definite Spring/Summer session Saison. 7.0% ABV; rare.
Friday, April 19th TPS Report Release 5pm
TPS Report, Wild American Bretta. If you love the funky side of Belgium then you will love our TPS Report. The grain bill for this beer includes flaked oats and flaked wheat, and the recipe is flavored with tangerine and lemon zests. Fermented 100% with a very rare variety of Brettanomyces this beer is the funky funky farmhouse, wet wool, and heavy leather that we’ve all grown to love. Exceedingly aromatic, yet drinkable! Bottled once a year and triple fermented for authenticity. No printers or faxes were harmed in the making of this beer. GABF GOLD MEDAL 2009, Bronze 2012; 4.8% ABV; rare.
