It’s that time again; Vintage #004 of Parabola, everyone’s favorite Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout will be released in Paso Robles and Buellton on April 13th!!
We are planning a special release party at both our Paso Robles’ and Buellton locations, check it out:
Paso Robles:
The Visitors Center will be hosting three Barrel Room tours on Saturday only. The tours are $12 per person, closed toed shoes and RSVP required (space is limited)! Contact Sarah to reserve your spot today! A Vertical Vintage 4pack, which includes a ’12 and ’13 Parabola + 2 Tulip glasses will be available for purchase (while supplies last).
The Paso Taproom will be preparing a special entrée to be paired with your Parabola, so make your dinner reservations now!
Buellton:
Barrelworks will be pouring both the ’12 and ’13 Parabola and will be offering the speciality 4packs as well.
The Buellton Taproom will be serving a special entrée and dessert to be paired with Parabola. Reservations welcomed.

I’m confused, is the 4-pack batch 001 – 004? Or just 003 & 004 + 2 tulip glasses?
That is a little deceiving but looks like the latter.
Yeah, I was initially excited thinking it would be 1-4…that’d be worth a road trip from Santa Barbara for sure.
