Explosion occurs near Rahr Malting plant, no one reported as injured
KARE 11 reporter Lindsey Seavert says that the explosion was in a tank at Koda Energy, a biomass fuel company co-owned by Rahr Malting and the Mdewakanton Sioux. The planted is located in the same compound as the Rahr Malting complex.
