Oskar Blues Brevard operating at full capacity, installing six tanks this month
Exactly three months after firing up its first batch of the company’s flagship Dale’s Pale Ale, Oskar Blues is brewing at full capacity for its current set-up, with six more tanks expected to arrive this month to facilitate further growth. In its first full month of production in February, the brewery churned out about 3,500 barrels — or more than 108,000 gallons — of beer, which is being shipped to all of Oskar Blues’ East Coast markets and as far west as Kentucky and Ohio.
