(Spokane, WA) – No-Li Brewhouse Partner, John Bryant, wrote in to share news on the company’s expansion.
No-Li sold 2,400 barrels in 2012, up 33% from 2011.
“We are currently sold-out of every drop we are creating,” says Bryant. “We are building a customer following with hop-forward and high gravity, flavorful beers, which can create low yields.”
A 7,000 square-foot addition will allow the brewery to increase annual capacity to approximately 7,000 barrels in the short-term. The addition consists of a brewery fermentation cellar, three additional fermentation tanks, a new brewery cooler, expanded storage and new shipping/receiving areas.
“We will be adding additional capacity each quarter to progressively meet customer demand for No-Li 22 oz. bottles and ½ bbl. draft.”
No-Li opened new markets in 2012, including: DC, Baltimore, Denver and Sweden.
