New Zealand-based Yeastie Boys says Australian importer owes it $27k
Innspire Pty Ltd still owes us NZ$27,112.86 today, as per the Letter of Demand we sent them on 3rd December 2012. Dave Andrews, the proprietor of Innspire Pty Ltd, a company now in liquidation, owes us absolutely nothing himself according to law. But Dave Andrews the man, via email, has promised several times to pay us fully (plus interest, which we had told him we were not interested in). I’m calling him out here. Feel free to call me a nark.
