Minnesota DNR could cut off Cold Spring Brewing’s well water supply by 80-85%
The brewery has been negotiating with the DNR over the water use for a number of years. And now the DNR has decided that it will reduce by 80-85 percent the amount of water the brewery can use from those wells, said Cold Spring Public Works Director Paul Hoeschen.
