(Clive, IA) – The partners of 515 Brewing Company are pleased to announce their taproom is now open. Regular business hours are Thursdays 4-9 p.m., Fridays 4-11 p.m., Saturdays 12-11 p.m. and Sundays 12-5 p.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and networking event with the Clive Chamber of Commerce will be held on Friday, March 22 from 4-6 p.m. Grand Opening festivities will be held on Saturday, March 23 from 3-7 p.m. and include free t-shirts to the first 50 people, door prizes on the hour, brewery tours and food for purchase by Tacopocalypse, Des Moines’ most unique tacos and unofficial local cyclists’ favorite.

515 Brewing Company is a nano brewery in Clive, Iowa, owned and operated by Des Moines locals Ryan Rost, Dave Ropte, Bailey Forrest and Brandon Criger. The brewery features a three-barrel brewing system on location and a tasting room offering beer by the glass. The inventory rotates regularly, so patrons can expect a new combination of beers on tap every time they walk through the door. 515 Brewing Company is located at 7700 University Ave in Clive and is situated on the north side of the Greenbelt Trail, making it an ideal destination for runners, walkers and bikers.
