(Manhattan, KS) – The Seacoast Beverage Lab podcast caught up with Tallgrass Brewing founder, Jeff Gill, back in November and just pushed the interview live. Tallgrass is well-known for being among the first breweries to can their beers in 16 oz. cans in the U.S.. We learned a few things:

– Introducing a new IPA in March or April (part of discussion around “lineup” so this one sounds like it will be canned)

– Is starting/will start producing beer at Cold Spring’s contract brewing facility in Minnesota. Learned good things through 21st Amendment which also has beer produced there.

– Possible collaboration coming with Half Acre at some point though no specific details
