New Holland Brewing investing $1 million on pub renovations
New Holland Brewing Co. is poised to begin a $1 million renovation at its downtown Holland brewpub. Assuming the city planning commission approves the company’s plans on Feb. 12, the brewery will soon begin overhauling the tap system, redoing the kitchen, installing new restrooms and expanding a rear porch space into a beer garden.
