Indiana House Public Policy Chairman kills Sunday carry-out alcohol sales bill
House Public Policy Chairman Bill Davis has decided against holding a committee vote on legislation to allow Sunday alcohol sales. His committee considered the issue for the first time at a hearing last week, and took more than three hours of testimony for and against the measure. Afterward, Davis said he had been against allowing Sunday sales and had heard nothing new to change his mind. As chairman, Davis has the sole decision of whether to hold a vote on a bill.

Bill Davis is a complete fucktard.
Last year during an impromptu chat between Davis and the board of directors of the Brewers of Indiana Guild, Davis said that if it were up to him, Prohibition would be reinstituted.
