Heavy Seas The Big DIPA returns in March
The English used to ship their biggest pale ales to India in oak barrels. We’ve resurrected the Big DIPA to harken to that time when beer had a distinctive oak character and a full herbal and earthy hop flavor. To round out the obscene amount of hops and strong malt backbone in this beer, we added oak spirals to the tanks and let it age, allowing the beer to mellow as if on its own voyage. Coming to stores this March, keep your eye out for the Big DIPA.
