Goose Island Brewpub group hires former Flossmoor Station head brewer to run ops
This month, Nick Barron, 28, formerly the head brewer at Flossmoor Station, has taken the same job at Goose Island, where he will brew for Goose’s Clybourn Avenue and Wrigleyville pubs. (To be clear, this does not include the Anheuser-Busch-owned Goose production facility on Fulton Street.) Barron replaces Jared Rouben, who quit last month to launch his own brewery and beer consulting business.
