Joining the Brewing Network crew in-studio is Jeff Stuffings and Ron Extract, the geniuses behind the fantastic beer coming out of Texas’s Jester King Craft Brewery. Like the farmhouse breweries that inspired them, they use on-site well water, naturally occurring yeast from the Texas Hill Country, and organic ingredients with an emphasis on barrel-aging and bottle conditioning.

Jester King’s facility currently holds 350 barrels for aging and they are at maximum capacity but didn’t elaborate on any future plans. They plan to stay small, maybe 2x-3x the current size. In 2012, they brewed 2,000 barrels last year, half of which were aged into 2013 and half of which went to market.
