Minneapolis officials plan to regulate beer bikes (video)
Minneapolis officials plan to hold hearings this month on so-called "pedal pubs." Pedal pubs are the bars on wheels that are driven down the street, powered by pedaling beer drinkers. The state prohibits having open alcohol contained in vehicles; however, state lawmakers exempted pedal pubs in which five or more passengers provide pedal power four years ago.
