Flying Fish, Iron Hill’s Jersey’s Finest Ale coming next week
Two award-winning Garden State brewers are gearing up for the much-anticipated release of their second collaboration beer next week. At 6 p.m. Jan. 23 at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant on East Kings Highway, Iron Hill head brewer Chris Lapierre and Flying Fish Brewing Co. head brewer Casey Hughes will tap “Jersey’s Finest,” an aggressively hopped American-style IPA.
