Blue Hills Antimatter 5 English Mild Ale coming this month
We are releasing the 5th edition in our Antimatter series this month. Antimatter 5 is designed after an English Mild Ale, a style that originated in 17th century Britain. As with earlier versions of Antimatter, this beer is only brewed with a single malt and single hop. We use Ashburne malt from Briess Malting Co. which imparts a sweet character and toasted notes, and US Goldings for a subtle aroma of floral hops. Mild Ales are crafted to be easy drinking malty beers; low on bitterness and a great session beer.
