Take AVBC’s Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, age it for thre months in a #4 allligator charred American oak barrel that was previously filled with legendary Wild Turkey Bourbon – and this is the offspring. Aged for three months, the resulting beer is deep ebony with a beautiful mahogany head, an aroma of fresh-baked bread, toffee and espresso mingling with the woody vanilla notes of Bourbon whiskey and the rich roasted flavors wrapped with Bourbon.
