Schlafly Beer turns 21 years old
Twenty-One years ago today, the Schlafly Tap Room first opened its doors at 21st and Locust in downtown St. Louis, MO. Our co-founders, Tom and Dan just wanted a place to drink great, handcrafted, traditional beer styles with their friends, which simply weren’t available in St. Louis at that time. They didn’t set out to become St. Louis’s largest locally owned brewery, but twenty-one years later, here we are.
