(Aurora, CO) – Dry Dock Brewing’s Steve Hastings told the Colorado Craft Beer Show that the company is aiming to do its first brew on a brand-new 40-barrel system right after Christmas. The system represents a significant upgrade from the existing 7-barrel system and part of the expansion also includes the introduction of cans. Cans are expected to debut in late January.
The cans to be released (not all necessarily in late January) include: Apricot Blonde, Hefeweizen, a new IPA called Hop Abomination for which the recipe is still being perfected and Amber Ale.
Hastings also made mention of Bligh’s Barleywine which is currently available in stores.
