Blackstone Brewing boosts annual capacity into ‘regional’ range

As it closes out a year of strong growth — its sales rose by more than 50 percent in 2012 — the brewery has added two 120-barrel fermentation tanks as well as a bright tank, which stores beer after it’s been filtered. The expansion will allow the brewery to boost its annual capacity from 10,000 to 16,000 barrels.
