Hops and Grain The One They Call Zoe Lager headed for cans
We started out in October of 2011 selling our beer draft-only with our first keg of beer being sold to the Draughthouse on October 23rd during Austin Craft Beer Week. In February, 4 months after we opened, we began canning our two year-round beers, Pale Dog and ALTeration and with any luck we’ll have our 3rd canned beer, The One They Call Zoe, available by the end of the year.
The brewery produced approximately 1,000 barrels over the past year and recently celebrated its first anniversary.
