
Britain’s pub sales declining by one billion pints per year
Britain’s pubs are now selling a BILLION fewer pints a year, shocking new figures reveal. Beer sales are running at 3.9 billion pints a year, down from five billion in 2008, meaning one in five fewer pints are being sold.

While I know (and am saddened) that a great number of pubs are closing every year in Britain, just maybe this indicates that there is a decline in the country’s horrible trend of binge drinking.
