Half Acre Space IPA just released, Vallejo IPA coming soon
Our aim is to open (the new taproom) with a number of specialty beers. Some of these beers will be very hop forward. One of them is Space, an India Pale Ale that we brewed a version of before, but under the name Daly Double. This beer is a tribute to a friend that passed away last year. Space was his nickname as a young man and this beer will be a regular offering at our brewery only; our way of keeping him a regular. The other is Vallejo, an India Pale Ale pulled from the rocky cliffs of your mind. Both Space and Vallejo are pure examples true-to-form of hop thrashers.
