(Tempe, AZ) – Alliance Beverage Distributing Co., LLC and Four Peaks Brewing Company, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have settled the litigation between them. Both sides have agreed to discontinue their court claims, and Alliance has reached and agreement with Hensley & Company to transfer the distribution rights for the Four Peaks portfolio to Hensley.
“We are very pleased that an agreement has been reached for the transfer of our brands which is beneficial to all parties involved”, said Andrew Ingram, President of Four Peaks. “Alliance Beverage has been a tremendous partner for many years.”
The transfer is expected to be effective September 2, 2012.
