Rubicon Brewing expanding with new 20k-barrel brewery in West Sacramento
Glynn Phillips, Rubicon’s owner, said the decision to expand the brewery side of the business was based on increasing demand: “The food and restaurant side of the business has been consistent while the amount of beer I can produce has maxed out at 2,000 barrels,” Phillips said. Rubicon hopes to have the new brewery up and running by the end of the year.
