After some experimenting with sharing photos of beers we are tasting at BeerPulse on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram over the course of 2012, we recently decided to begin accepting beer samples from breweries.
As of now, there is no plan for formal reviews, endorsements or criticism of any beers received. Beers up for tasting will simply be shared using photos across the three social media channels above (and probably others very soon). For new releases, we will link back to an article associated with the beer where people can learn more about it. The growth of an online community for beer drinkers is driving this change and it provides another opportunity to inform the community of new (and sometimes, perhaps not-so-new) beers.
