Trinity Brewing owner on Colorado Springs fire and new beer releases

“Where there is beer there is hope,” was a comment left on my personal Facebook page after I posted that Trinity was still standing last Wednesday. It has been a very tough 9 days, but amidst all of the chaos we did find the strength of our community. While on the topic of community, I truly felt how important of a gathering place Trinity Brewing has become for the people of Colorado Springs after we opened our doors again. Trinity was overwhelmed with love, positive support, and celebration! Good beers and big smiles filled the pub the entire past weekend.

Now on the catch up trail, we’re working hard to make sure that all of your favorite brews keep all those smiles happy. This month we are packaging ‘OH Face,’ (formerly Saison Provisional) and ‘Slap Yer Mammy,’ so make room in all of your cellars for these extremely limited champagne bottles ! We are still waiting on new labels to arrive for both of these bottles and TPS Report, but we will be announcing release dates shortly.

On Friday July 13th, a brand new Summer Specialty Saison will be released called ‘Electric Cucumber.’ This extremely light and sessionable Belgian ale drinks extremely kool, as we added ~24lbs of Fresh English cucumbers per barrel and a large amount of basil too!

Returning to the ranks, our Farmhouse Fantôme is set to be released a week later on Friday July 20th. Brewed with over 120lbs of fresh and ripe strawberries, sweet potato, pumpkin, and grains of paradise this beer has always been a huge hit in the summer! If you love Saisons in general, or missed any of our spring/summer releases, then you are in luck!

On Wednesday July 24th we are hosting the Saison Saturation tapping from 12:00pm to close. We will be tapping 8 of our recent Farmhouses and Saisons and pouring them all day!

It takes a village to raise a Brewery, and we appreciate the continued support. Hope to see you all soon for a glass of beer at the pub.

Cheers!

Jason Yester aka ‘Saison Man’
