The Bruery adds a three-barrel pilot system
We got our new pilot system delivered on Wednesday […]. Our new system is a 3bbl system (about 90 gallons) and these beers will be featured on draft at our new tasting room. Our old system was patrick’s original 10 gallon homebrew system. It still gets used for random tasks.
