(Point Pleasant Beach, NJ) – In its never-ending quest to bring the unique style and taste of the Jersey Shore to the rest of the world, Beach Haus® beers can now be found in northeast Pennsylvania due to its most recent partnership with Northeast Eagle Distributors in Pittston, PA. The distributor will ensure that all of the Beach Haus® beers – Classic American Pilsner, Winter Rental and Kick Back Ale – are available throughout Carbon, Wayne, Montrose, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna and Wyoming counties.
“We started selling our brands into parts of Pennsylvania a little over a year ago,” said John Merklin, co-founder of East Coast Beer Co. “With the success of the launch of our beers in that market, I guess it’s only natural that the bordering counties would show interest and that is exactly what we are seeing here. It’s really exciting to see our brands catch on and help fuel us into new markets.”

Located in Pittston, Northeast Eagle Distributors started out in Honesdale in the 70s. After a series of acquisitions, the distributor is now a combination of two distributors and employs 50 people. Owned by Lance Sutter, Northeast Eagle Distributors serves Carbon, Wayne, Montrose, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna and Wyoming counties.

Established in 2007, the Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey-based East Coast Beer Co. was founded by passionate individuals with a belief that the great American traditions of creativity, diversity, and accessibility apply equally to building a great beer company.
