(New Orleans, LA) – Clown Shoes Beer is on the move.

The Massachusetts-based beer company landed in Louisiana today through New Orleans-based International Distributing, according to The Beer Buddha. The Ale Runner broke the news earlier.

Clown Shoes isn’t stopping there either. On Friday night, the company reported it will open Alabama next week with Birmingham Bud.

We are shipping beer to Alabama next week. All labels approved… EXCEPT for Tramp Stamp and Brown Angel. Too over the line in terms of sexual imagery. North Carolina is the only other state to reject any of our FEDERALLY approved labels: Supa Hero and Miracle Mike. Reason? Because they imply our beer will impart super powers!

In other news, the company just got label approval for Let My People Go English Pale Ale.
