Avery Brewing’s Joe Osborne talks barrel room (video)
Avery Brewing Company’s Joe Osborne talks about the company’s barrel-aging program which is around 250 barrels strong at this point. Osborne says they are open to experimenting with tequila and absinthe barrels. Also, there will be an aerial self-guided walkway around the new brewery in Boulder. Groundbreaking is scheduled for fall.
