4 Hands Prussia Berliner WeissThe name Prussia originates from Frederick the Great. Frederick was trained to brew this very delicate style of beer and later became the King of Prussia. 4 Hands Ruby Red Prussia Berliner Weisse

Scheduled for a late July release. Ruby Red is a grapefruit version of the original Prussia Berliner Weisse. After a 24-hour sour mash and during fermentation we will add fresh ruby red grapefruit juice. Ruby Red Prussia pours a slight pink hue with a big grapefruit punch. Aromas of grapefruit and citrus with a clean tart finish. 3.5% Alc. / Vol.

4 Hands Cuvee Ange Wine Barrel-aged Wild Ale

Cuvee Ange will be our last release this summer and is scheduled for a late August release. The French oak wine barrels we used for the project inspired Cuvee Ange. Fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of Cabernet, Merlot, and Grenache barrels with raspberries and blackberries, Cuvee Ange is a fruity, tart, and complex ale. Cuvee Ange pours a bright rose with aromas of fruit, funk, and wood.
