Kid Rock’s American Badass Beer ditches Michigan Brewing as contract brewer
Kid Rock’s beer company, American Badass Beer, will no longer be made by Webberville-based Michigan Brewing Co., the singer’s camp announced. The bank foreclosed on the brewing company’s headquarters this spring and distributors are already getting antsy.
American Badass Beer turns three years old this summer. Michigan Brewing nearly tripled production from 2009 to 2011 as a contract brewer for the brand.
