Bo & Luke: De Molen, Against the Grain’s collaboration brew takes place Tuesday
Against The Grain Brewery, located in Louisville KY, and Dutch brewer Menno Oliver of Brouwerij De Molen will collaborate on an experimental beer [Imperial Stout]. This beer, to be known as Bo & Luke, will emphasize the constituent ingredients found in authentic Kentucky Bourbon and will be barrel conditioned in Pappy van Winkle bourbon barrels. Jerry Gnagy (AtG Brewmaster) and Menno will co-produce this beer at Against The Grain Brewery on Tuesday- June 12, 2012, while Menno makes his first trip to The United States. The beer will be available in the third quarter of 2012.
