Paper City Brewery buys Landmark Beer Co.
Owner Kiernan May sold the brewed-under-contract brand to Paper City Brewing Co., of Holyoke, Mass., the brewery that has been making his beer for the past few years. Paper City plans to continue the brand, primarily in Massachusetts and Vermont, and possibly parts of New York, May said.
Likely to be the smallest M&A deal in beer this year…
