Stone Brewing installs new liquor tanks today
We’re installing new 7,500 gallon "hot liquor" and 5,000 gallon "cold liquor" tanks at the brewery today. Despite the name, they don’t actually hold any liquor though. (Sorry.) BUT they do supply water that’s used at different stages of the brewing process, and we got em as part of the additional 120 bbl brewhouse that’s coming this summer, which will help us bring more incredible beer to you!
