Firestone Walker expandable capacity will approach 400,000 barrels
Per Firestone Walker Co-Founder, David Firestone…
We’ve recently bought a lot of the land around us. We’re constantly building. We brought in a 70 barrel Huppmann brew house which is going next to our 50 barrel brew house. We just finished our second packaging plant. We’re going to break ground on a third one next year. We have about a 6 acre site, but just leased 70 acres for our wastewater program. Our physical foot print should get us to 400,000 barrels — not that we’re going to need to get anywhere near that.”

A photo brewmaster Matt Brynildson shot from his office window the other day:

This shows the love of real beer that craft brewers have. It’s pretty amazing that the brewmaster (one of the eventual partners) started off so deep in the shadows. He just loved the beer making and obviously still does. Good luck to Firestone Walker.
Cheers!
