Boulevard Chocolate Ale refund video announcement
To quote The Joker, why so serious? It happens. For what it’s worth, I had a glass of Chocolate Ale last night (unsure what batch) and give it the thumbs up. More info on the refund here.

I had one of the unfortunate bottles that was recalled. I did try it, and found it to be still quite enjoyable. But I do respect Boulevard for handling this so professionally and quickly, it makes me have even more faith in their brand.
I had batch #3 and found it tasty as well.
I have had draft and two bottles thus far of batch 2011-2. Although they were SLIGHTLY different (I felt the bottle may have been a touch over carbonated) the bottles were still delicious and there is no chance in hell that I am going to cash in on the offer than Boulevard is generously offering. I do not feel cheated. I do not feel the beer (batch 2) was even that noticeably different from draft. Unless you really feel that you have in some way been cheated, don’t make Bully pay you for drinking their beer. They are being over-critical of their product and WAY TOO GENEROUS in offering everyone essentially free bottles of their most sought after release. IMO.
