Where he used to brew 18,000 barrels, the capacity has grown to 40,000. The ability to bottle his beer for six packs will allow the market to grow even further, since starting in March, fans will be able to pick up their favorite at the grocery store. “We always wanted to do bottles, but the draft business was taking up all our resources; we just didn’t have the time or the space to do bottles,” says Vaccaro. “One of the main reasons we moved was to go into the 12-ounce market.”
