Brewing Network’s recent interviews: Redhook, Destihl, Peekskill
I didn’t take notes on any of these but if you have time to kill this weekend, you may want to head over to The Brewing Network to check out some recent interviews. Redhook’s new Brewing Ops Manager, Jen Talley, talked about session beers. The guys from Destihl talked about what they are doing with sours. Peekskill’s Jeff O’Neil also came on briefly to talk about the new brewery.
