Saranac maker, FX Matt Brewing, pumping $4 million into energy efficiency
The project will include the demolition of three houses and two garages on properties the brewery bought along Court Street, and construction of a 106-foot long building, 32-foot diameter tank and five 14-foot diameter anaerobic digesters, said Jim Kuhr, Matt’s brewmaster and director of brewery operations.
