Lakefront Brewery video hints at big growth and wild yeast

Lakefront would like to get to 40,000 or 50,000 barrels in the next couple years. The brewery passed the 16,000 barrel mark last year.
Lakefront is collaborating with Wyeast and Jeremy King of Northern Brewer to isolate a local wild yeast. Once accomplished, the yeast will be used in the Local Acre Series.
