Karbach Barrel-Aged Hellfighter Imperial Porter due out in March
Received an email from Karbach Brewing on what they’ve got in the tanks…
Hellfighter Imperial Porter – our second batch of this intensely dark, chocolatey brew is bubbling away. The first batch went quickly since we put half in kegs and half in bourbon barrels. The barrel version should be ready in March ‘12
Black IPA – to be released early in January, this black IPA is hopped with a ton of American hops including: Citra, Chinook, Simcoe and Zythos
Smoked Doppelbock – high octane doppelbock brewed with cherry wood smoked malt. The smoked malt cuts through some of the sweetness and adds a bit of complexity to the beer.
