
Brooklyn Brewery working on spontaneous fermentation project
Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver revealed last week on the Beer Sessions podcast that they’re working on a spontaneous fermentation project.
We have a project going on at the brewery right now where we took some fermenting wine from natural fermentations locally, we dosed it into some wort and we have a completely spontaneously fermentation going that has no laboratory yeast in it.

Oliver also discusses the Italian beer scene on that episode including the new AMA Bionda collaboration.
On a side note, Black Ops was released into the market earlier this month.
