Saint Arnold Endeavour still leading handily in DIPA name vote
Why Endeavour?: Endeavour is the name of one of the space shuttle orbiters which in turn was named after Captain James Cook’s ship which explored the Pacific. Captain Cook’s ship was a bark, similar to ELISSA, keeping with our nautical themes for our IPAs. The name was suggested to us by a NASA astronaut when we asked him for name ideas related to the space program.
‘Endeavour’ now has a 58% lead over ‘Eleven’ with over 2,100 votes being cast.
