Miller Lite taste flow cans slated for next summer
Recall my tweet from August:
So MillerCoors has trademarked the “taste flow can” – is this a sequel to the vortex bottle neck?
Well, Ad Age reported this today:
Changes include new “taste flow” cans for Miller Lite, which will debut next summer and feature a second opening on the can top designed to increase airflow and reduce “glug.” The optional new hole can be opened with a key or other object.

Breweries: MillerCoors

Can you say shot gunning?

@Roger: Exactly. So they are condoning shot gunning beer. Kind of goes against the whole “drink responsible” stuff… or enjoy the more flavor (or whatever lame marketing campaign they are running now).
yeah right, like I have a “key” or “another object” on hand to open additional holes.
It is a 2nd hole on the top of the can. Like putting a venting hole in the old Hawaiin Punch cans back, back in the day. It allows the air to vent out of sepperate hole.
Nothing like putting a hole in the side of a can to shot gun. Apples & oranges folks.
I’ll take States that Begin with ‘Californ’ for $200
