Schlafly Beer up ~30% in 2011

Saint Louis Brewery (Schlafly) CEO, Tom Schlafly, recently told Bloomberg Radio that the company expected to produce 45,000 barrels of beer this year. That marks an increase of around 30% on last year’s number. The brewery employs 150 people and is one of the nation’s top 50 craft beer producers.

  1. I’d have to dig, Scott, & no time to do that right now. As soon as I can tag all the Schlafly posts with the brewery, we will have our answer. *adds yet another item to to-do list*

  2. The added production comes from more output from the bottleworks location and is not affected by the contract brewing.
