Ithaca’s Brewmaster moving on to Peekskill Brewery
Peekskill Brewery hasn’t exactly been buzzed about like Ithaca Beer Co. has in the beer geek community but that may change soon. Ithaca is undergoing an expansion but Jeff “Chief” O’Neil isn’t going to be a part of it as he’s announced that he’s taking his talents south to Peekskill.
O’Neil has been at the helm of the Ithaca brewhouse for such hits as Brute and LeBleu. He will join the brewery as its new brewmaster beginning November 1st.
Ithaca announced that it was searching for a replacement earlier this month.
