Fat Scratch Fever: Tröegs, Fat Head’s collab video
More info on the Fat Scratch Fever collaboration brew…
Fat Head’s will be taking Tröegs’ old brewhouse over to Ohio in the near future so this serves as 1) a creative way for Troegs to send off the system and 2) a way for Fat Head’s Head Brewer, Matt Cole, to learn the system hands-on.
Cole says that the recipe, which makes use of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, was inspired in part by two West Coast IPAs, Alpine Duet and Ballast Point Sculpin.
The beer will not be bottled and most of it will be shipped to Fat Head’s for sale at their locations.
Breweries: Fat Head's Brewery, Tröegs Brewing
Awesome! When will Fat Head’s be available in Philadelphia/South Jersey?
